Statutory Declarations

For those who are (very) local, we can help with statutory declarations.

These are statements that you are required to sign in the presence of a solicitor or commissioner for oaths. Sometimes it is just the statement which requires signing in the presence of a solicitor and sometimes it can include documents attached to it which can be referred to as an "exhibit".

We can help with these for clients who are very local in Obridge/Priorswood.

Please contact us or send an email to mariam@luqlaw.co.uk. If you include copies of the statutory declaration which you need to sign with a solicitor then that can help with timings.

The statutory charge (fee decided by law) for these is £5 per declaration and an additional £2 for each exhibit/additional document attached to the declaration.

Please note that legal services for your transactions are NOT delivered directly through LuqLaw Limited, they are delivered through a legally regulated law firm. You will be supplied with details of that law firm before your enquiry is taken any further and you would directly sign up to the terms and conditions of that regulated law firm in relation to your transaction. LuqLaw Limited is not a company which is regulated nor authorised by the Solicitors Regulations Authority to provide legal services
